Terms of Service

It'll take at least up to 1-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the commission. Keep in mind my art style may change and vary from what is shown here.

By commissioning me you agree to the following:

You, as the client:

★ May use commission for personal use.
★ May post with credit.
★ May not commercially use (additional $50-100 fee).
★ May not claim my work as yours.
★ May make small edits eg. crop, resize however no artistic edits including requesting someone to make those edits to the artwork.
★ Cannot sell or give anyone the right to use my art commercially.
★ May not use my art for AI or NFT purposes.
★ Use my art in competitions.
★ Remain the rights to the characters.

I, as the artist:

★ Full rights to the commissioned artwork.
★ To post my work in any form.
★ Post commissions on social media (additional $2 fee).
★ Refuse and cancel commission.

Liability

While I do my best and put effort into meeting the clients expectations, I can't guarantee that my final work will meet every expectation; Therefore I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, injury, display or interpretation of my work.

By commissioning me, you agree to indemnify me and not hold me accountable for any claims, demands or actions in connection to my work.

NSFW/Risque Requests

You must be over the age of 18 in order to commission these types of requests. For safety, you must provide a valid form of ID that shows your date of birth (eg. Passport, Birth Certificate, Driver's License etc.). I may ask for your ID depending on the request.

Payment process/Refund policy

Payments are taken in USD via Cashapp or Google Pay.
★ All payments are paid upfront.
★ Commissions will be cancelled if not paid in 48hrs.
★ I don't accept payment plans or split payments; If someone pays for your commission you must state that in your request.
★ If you violate my Terms of Service, you will not receive a refund and will be blacklisted.
★ If unable to finish in 3 weeks, I will fully refund you, otherwise no refunds if I started the commission.

Working Process

★ Commissioner will first receive a draft sketch to approve of, then a cleaned up sketch; during this time you may list the changes you'll like and after approval I'll start finishing it up.★ After the sketch, you are limited to 4 edits. Please don't hesitate to ask to change something however do note the limit.★ If you want to make edits to the finished piece, I may take a fee depending on how big the changes are however any errors on my part will not be charged. You will receive a PNG file with my watermark, you may not edit or remove my watermark.

Lastly, harassment nor disrespect won't be tolerated. Any violation of my Terms of Services will result in being blacklisted and cancellation of order without any right to receiving a refund.

Payment are only accepted in USD via Cashapp.
